Kiara’s real name is Alia , she changed her name before the release of her first film Fugly on suggestion of Salman Khan. Her name Kiara is inspired from Priyanka Chopra’s character in the movie Anjaana Anjaani ( 2010 ). Kiara was born in Mumbai to Jagdeep Advani, a Sindhi businessman and Genevieve Jaffrey, a teacher by profession . She was ranked 34 in Times Most Desirable Women list 2014. Kiara was good in studies too and scored 92% in 12th standard.

Bharat Ane Nenu with Mahesh Babu in 2018 was her first Telugu movie , it was a blockbuster at box office .
